This is where we sweeten the experience!

  • We monitor your computer 24x7x365 for potential problems such as failing hard drives, low memory, internet connection down, hard drive full, anti-virus updating on time, hacker intrusion detection and Windows services failing. If any of these checks fail we will be immediately notified via email and if the problem is serious we will call or email you to determine course of action.
  • If action is needed, you may not need to be at home to meet us. With your approval we will install our Take Control Remote Support software and instantly connect to your computer to remediate the problem.
  • Do you pay nearly $60.00 per year for your anti-virus subscription? 
            That's not a good deal! With Home IT Department you will get the highly effective Vipre Anti-Virus 
            installed on your computer with a one year subscription.
  • Also included in your $99.00 Home IT Department agreement is an initial CleanUp / TuneUp of your computer. We will clean viruses and spyware, update system drivers, remove temp files, install Windows Updates, update applications, remove programs from startup and run disk defragmentation.

Of course if you prefer the traditional network and computing installation and repair assistance we can help!
For onsite network setup or computer repair our rate is $125.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. Time after the first hour will be billed in 15 minute increments.
Remote support is available and is charged in 15 minute increments at $25.00. Must have a credit card for remote support.
